Kim House

Kim became a real estate agent in 1993, initially only getting her license in order to sell her own home which was purchased in a declining market. She sold the house her family had outgrown and soon discovered she had a natural talent for navigating the complex process of buying and selling property, as well as a knack for winning negotiations. She loves the fact that each new day in this business brings a new set of challenges. When the market gets tough her experience really shines.

Javen House
After graduating from George Mason University with a hospitality degree Javen spent 5 years planning events at The World Bank before joining forces with her mother. Inspired by her mother’s success, Javen left the corporate world behind and became a real estate agent in 2012. She brings a fresh perspective while working closely with clients, making sure they feel at ease and confident throughout each transaction. Her years of experience in the hospitality industry shaped her into a customer service driven person with a meticulous attention to detail.

Emery Rojas
Emery is 6 years old and has been touring model homes with us since she was just a baby! She loves a well decorated little girls room, gives us a fresh, young person's perspective and knows a well staged home when she sees one!
