Kim began her real estate career in 1993, originally obtaining her license simply to sell her own home during a declining market. After successfully selling the home her family had outgrown, she quickly realized she had a natural ability for navigating the complexities of buying and selling real estate—and a talent for strong, strategic negotiation.

What started as a practical decision soon became a true passion. Kim thrives on the ever-changing nature of the business and the new challenges each day brings. When the market shifts or becomes more competitive, her experience and steady guidance truly set her apart.
Javen House
After graduating from George Mason University with a degree in hospitality, Javen spent five years as an Event Planner at The World Bank before joining forces with her mother in real estate. Inspired by her mother’s success and ready for a new challenge, she transitioned from the corporate world and became a licensed real estate agent in 2012.
